《韓國醫學雜志》是一份國際性的、經同行評審的、以英語出版的綜合性醫學雜志，雙月刊，雙數月的最后一天出版。該雜志的目標是出版基于證據的，科學寫作的文章，從不同學科的醫學科學。該雜志歡迎醫學研究人員讀者普遍感興趣的文章，特別是當它們包含新信息時。歡迎發表藥物和其他治療方法的臨床評價文章、一般人群的流行病學研究、病原微生物和有毒物質的研究、治療方法的毒性和不良反應。

The Journal of Korean Medical Science is an international, peer-reviewed, general medical journal published in English, bimonthly on the last day of even number months. The Journal aims at publishing evidence-based, scientifically written articles from different disciplines of medical sciences. The Journal welcomes articles of general interest to audiences of medical researchers especially when they contain new information. Articles of clinical evaluation of drugs and other therapies, epidemiologic studies in general population, studies on pathogenic organisms and toxic materials, toxicities and adverse effects of therapeutics are welcomed.
