Journal of Neuropathology & Experimental Neurology is the official journal of the American Association of Neuropathologists, Inc. (AANP). The Journal publishes original articles on neuropathology and experimental neuroscience, book reviews, letters, and Association news. Subscribers include neuropathologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, pathologists, psychiatrists, basic neuroscientists, and libraries around the world. Each annual volume contains 1300 pages. Publication has been continuous, under the same name, since 1942. A review article focusing on a current topic in neuropathology is featured monthly, and book reviews, editorials, and letters to the editor appear regularly. Abstracts presented at the annual meeting of the AANP are printed in the May issue and copies are distributed at the meeting.
