《油脂與地基》是土壤力學(xué)和巖土工程領(lǐng)域的前沿期刊之一。它是日本巖土學(xué)會(JGS)的官方期刊。，在編輯的邀請下，該雜志出版了各種原始研究論文、技術(shù)報(bào)告、技術(shù)注釋，以及最先進(jìn)的報(bào)告，涉及土壤和巖石力學(xué)、巖土工程和環(huán)境巖土技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域。自1960年6月第一版出版以來，2010年是《土壤與地基》創(chuàng)刊50周年。

Soils and Foundations is one of the leading journals in the field of soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering. It is the official journal of the Japanese Geotechnical Society (JGS)., The journal publishes a variety of original research paper, technical reports, technical notes, as well as the state-of-the-art reports upon invitation by the Editor, in the fields of soil and rock mechanics, geotechnical engineering, and environmental geotechnics. Since the publication of Volume 1, No.1 issue in June 1960, Soils and Foundations celebrated the 50th anniversary in the year of 2010.
