交通規(guī)劃與技術十分重視交通規(guī)劃與技術、經(jīng)濟、土地利用規(guī)劃與政策的銜接。編輯歡迎提交包括但不限于以下主題的材料：?運輸需求?土地利用預測?發(fā)達國家和發(fā)展中國家的經(jīng)濟評估及其與政策的關系?傳統(tǒng)和可能非常規(guī)的未來系統(tǒng)技術?城市和城際交通樞紐和互通式立交橋與運輸有關的環(huán)境方面（特別是與氣候變化彈性和適應有關的）。期刊還歡迎關注范圍較窄的技術論文以及深度最先進的論文。最新的論文應該討論具有很強的實證基礎的運輸主題，并且包含與期刊核心目標和范圍相匹配的解釋性研究結果。

Transportation Planning and Technology places considerable emphasis on the interface between transportation planning and technology, economics, land use planning and policy. The Editor welcomes submissions covering, but not limited to, topics such as:? transport demand ? land use forecasting ? economic evaluation and its relationship to policy in both developed and developing countries ? conventional and possibly unconventional future systems technology ? urban and interurban transport terminals and interchanges ? environmental aspects associated with transport (particularly those relating to climate change resilience and adaptation).The journal also welcomes technical papers of a more narrow focus as well as in-depth state-of-the-art papers. State-of-the-art papers should address transport topics that have a strong empirical base and contain explanatory research results that fit well with the core aims and scope of the journal.
